- GymLinx app profile details, such as name, email address, phone number, and account preferences.
- Authentication records controlled by GymLinx, including app login identity and session records.
- App activity linked to your GymLinx account, such as bookings, check-ins, notifications, and saved preferences.
- Support messages and account help history linked directly to the deleted account, where no legal retention need applies.

Data that may be retained
- Records we must keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, chargeback, or regulatory reasons.
- Gym facility records controlled by your gym, where the gym is the account administrator or legal data controller.
- Backups and security logs for a limited retention period before they are overwritten or permanently removed.
