Submit this secure request form and the GymLinx privacy team will receive a trackable case in the internal admin dashboard.

You will receive a reference ID after submission.

Data deletion

Data typically deleted with an account

  • GymLinx app profile details, such as name, email address, phone number, and account preferences.
  • Authentication records controlled by GymLinx, including app login identity and session records.
  • App activity linked to your GymLinx account, such as bookings, check-ins, notifications, and saved preferences.
  • Support messages and account help history linked directly to the deleted account, where no legal retention need applies.

Data that may be retained

  • Records we must keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, chargeback, or regulatory reasons.
  • Gym facility records controlled by your gym, where the gym is the account administrator or legal data controller.
  • Backups and security logs for a limited retention period before they are overwritten or permanently removed.
